How the Vibrating Screen Working?

When the vibrating screen works, the two motors will synchronously rotate with the opposite direction to make the shacker create a shacker force with the opposite direction, which can oblige the screening body to drive the screening net to make the longitudinal movement .And driven by the shacker force, the up materials will periodicly cast forward a throw range and so the materials screening work have been completed .It is suitable for the rock quarry screening and also the field of coal, mine, building materials, electric power, chemics and other industries.

Main Structures of Vibrating Screen

Round vibrating screen are mainly consisted of screening box, screening net, vibrator, spring vibrating reducer, dock and other components . The round vibrating screen adopts the barrel eccentric shaft shacker and particial block amplitude adjustment.And the vibrator is installed on the side board of the screening box .The motor drive the vibrator move by the triangle belt, which can create the centrifugal inertia force and so the vibrating box will function.The side board of the screening adopts quality stencil materials .The side board & beam, and the shacker dock are connected by the high tensile bolt or ring-grooved lockbolt.
