How the Hammer Crusher Working?

The motor drives the rotors to rotate quickly in the crushing cavity. Raw materials enter the crusher through the feed opening and are crushed to small sizes by the high-speed hammer, with the process of pressing, impacting, cuting and grinding.There is a screening plate under the rotor, which make sure the materials with size smaller than the screen mesh will be screened out and others will be left to be further hammered and ground until they fufill the standard size.
